• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in work delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding project scope and site conditions.
• Access to the worksite must be granted as agreed.
• Changes made after project commencement may result in additional costs.

5. Materials & Warranty

• We use high-quality natural and engineered stone products from trusted suppliers.
• Natural stone variations (color, veining, texture) are normal and not considered defects.
• Limited warranties may apply to fabrication or installation work, as specified in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Capital Stoneworks LLC is not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damage resulting from use of our products/services.
• Delays caused by supplier issues, shipping delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
